Recently, our story was featured in the 2019-2020 Small Business Resource Guide published by US Small Business Administration (SBA). We are very humbled by this honor, and hope our story can inspire other business owners to reach out and utilize the support and training provided by SBA to overcome the challenges like we did, and continue to build a stronger and long-lasting business with determination and hard work.

After the most difficult time in our personal and professional lives, receiving such an honor has brought us some comfort and extra strength by knowing that our hard work are being appreciated and recognized. SBA is an exceptional organization that have helped so many entrepreneurs over the years.
Cheryl Harris Forbes tells the story of how Reynolds Welding and Fabrication had started, and has grown and triumphed over the years, -- not without struggles, but with the determination and hardwork of Jerado and Joyce, and the tremendous help from the business-supporting organizations in the community.
Reynolds Welding and Fabrication LLC is very honored and pleased to be recognized by the Community Renewal Team’s Capital City YouthBuild as one of the five local firms for supporting low-income students who are learning the construction trade. We have provided internships where youth work and learn alongside professional peers, for a minimum of 25 hours per week. Giving back to the community itself is an honor and privilege to us.
With 10,000-sqft work shop space and multiple projects going on, Reynolds Welding & Fabrication LLC is constantly seeking qualified, self-motivated individuals to work part-time or full-time in the office or in the field.
